The registration fee includes the Conference folder, the Conference Abstracts booklet, lunches, as well as tea and refreshments in the mornings and afternoons on 7-9 July.

Please note that it is compulsory for presenters of papers to register and pay in advance (deadline: 7 June 2003). Failure to do so will unfortunately result in papers not being included in the programme or in the booklet that will be distributed during the conference.

LATE REGISTRATION

At Conference Venue from 08:00 onwards: R600

The exchange rate between the South African Rand and the Namibian $ is 1:1 and both currencies are accepted in Namibia. Thus all fees indicated in Rand can also be interpreted as Namibian $ and vice-versa.
