The registration fee includes the Conference folder,
the Conference Abstracts booklet, lunches, as well as tea and refreshments in
the mornings and afternoons on 7-9 July.
Please note that it is
compulsory for presenters of papers to register
and pay in advance (deadline: 7 June 2003). Failure to do so will
unfortunately result in papers not being included in the programme or in the
booklet that will be distributed during the conference.
LATE REGISTRATION
At Conference Venue from 08:00 onwards: R600
The exchange rate between the South African Rand and
the Namibian $ is 1:1 and both currencies are accepted in Namibia. Thus all
fees indicated in Rand
can also be interpreted as Namibian $
and vice-versa.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
Transport will be provided between the above hotels
and the Conference Venue as well as the Windhoek Country Club Resort (for the
Conference Dinner). Transport from and to the airport is available at R100 per
trip. Please inform the Local Conference Organiser,
Mr. Herman Beyer, well in advance of the date(s) and time(s) that transport
from and to the airport is required and provide the flight number and name of
the airline.
BOOKING DATES
Early booking is advised.
Please
note that Business Visas are required by non-Namibian
passport holders.
Return
trip to Swakopmund on 10 July at N$150 per person, including a light lunch.
Book well in advance since seats are limited. People who intend to go on this
trip should schedule to overnight in Windhoek on 10 July and should not book
their return flights on the 10th. Please take this into account when booking
accommodation and air tickets.
