The registration fee includes Conference folder, lunches as well as tea and refreshments in the mornings and afternoons on 13-15 July 2005.

ACCOMMODATION
Single rooms are available in Free State University residences at R75 per day, per person, excluding breakfast. A limited number of these rooms are available on first come first served basis. University authorities enforce an early deadline, 30 May 2005.
Alternatively, please arrange your accommodation directly with one of the following hotels, lodges and guest houses. It is advisable to book well in advance, as there are several conferences taking place at the university at the time of the AFRILEX conference.
All hotels, lodges and guest houses marked with * are within walking distance from the campus or nearby.
