Membership is R150 (US $50) per year and includes a free paper copy of Lexikos. Corporate membership is R600 (Africa) and US $200 (outside Africa) and includes four paper copies of Lexikos. Published annually since 1991, Lexikos is a prestige international journal on lexicography. Lexikos contributions are indexed by the Thomson Reuters Web of Science Citation Index. Members also receive substantial discounts at all events organised by Afrilex.
Members from abroad who are not from the
USA should pay the equivalent of US $ 50 in their own currency, e.g. Pounds
drawn on a UK Bank, Euros in the Euro zone, etc. Due to the huge amounts
charged for bank commission by the banks of members as well as our bankers,
members are advised to pay for two or three years in advance. Members from
Africa can also pay for up to three years in advance if they so wish.
