available to delegates (and partners) who register and pay for the conference
and excursion before 1 June 2015. No late
registration is available for the excursion. 7. ACCOMMODATION Conference delegates are responsible for arranging their own
accommodation. There are numerous guest houses and hotels in the vicinity (the Manor
Gardens, Glenmore and Glenwood areas) of the conference venue, and only a few
are listed in Addendum A. When you make your booking, you may ask about the
distance from the Howard College campus and the guesthouse. 8. TRANSPORT 8.1 Airport
transfers The conference organisers can unfortunately not
provide transport from the airport to your respective

10. CALL FOR PAPERS Invited:
Papers and posters on any aspect of lexicography or terminology. Special
sessions may be proposed. All
submissions will be adjudicated. The
conference language is English. Prospective
presenters are to submit abstracts to reach AFRILEX before 31 March 2015.
Abstracts must be between 600 and 800 words long for adjudicators to make
informed judgements on the central argument of the paper or poster,
especially given that conference proceedings are not published. Abstracts
should contain the following elements: a central argument, how the study was
conducted and some (preliminary) conclusions. Papers that do not comply with
these requirements will unfortunately be rejected. Abstracts
